i don't know if it's the same now as years ago but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,have you ever smelled a brand new tad......

it's EXTREMELY intoxicating, imo

HONEST TO GOD, ICON!!!!!

this is the truth and anyone who has bought a new tad DIRECTLY from his shop will know exactly what i mean. mine(bought in 1973) had a smell that came from his shop. been so long now, i forgot it's scent. it was somewhat woody, but not as you would expect from a woodshop. just really different ,,,,very very very unique.

the smell lasted from years because i never played much back then, so it sat in it case. it realy was one of the best smells ever. it may have changed, but ask anyone who bought in the 70's,,,,and it WASN'T a varnish smell.
