I've been lurking here for some time, and figured I'd start posting. Just moved from Chicago to Dublin (Ireland), and I'm looking for anyone nearby who plays. thanks.

Welcome to the forum (and the USA!) I don't live in Chicago area (I'm in Jacksonville, Florida) BUT I am also from Dublin (Dundrum) Been here since 1993

You moved the other direction - my ancestors moved from Ireland to the US. Say hi to Willie Dines and Padraic Lynch for me when you run into them playing American nine ball -- they both play in the Irish leagues.

Chicago to Dublin.... wow, that's a serious move! Welcome to the forum. It might take a little while but I'm sure you'll eventually come across someone on here thats in your area.

We have some across the pond posters, and to help you perhaps get going to know some players over there, go to:

It is the SAPPA website (Scottish), but they have information regarding Scottish, Irish, and English players on their website, and different events and tournaments over there. Pat Holtz, Scotland's #1 player, posts there and here both, and he is on the IPT tour. He, certainly, can fill you in.
