Hi! I am new...Could anyone ID this Cue

Hi all, I stumbled apon this board and it has some really great info here so I signed up. Also, I was hoping some of you experts could ID this cue.

I found this cue at a flea market for 10.00. It doesnt feel like any of those cheap production cues you usually come across at flea markets. Its made of Rosewood with no wrap. One of the mother of pearl (I think its the fake kind) circles is missing at the joint. The cue also has 4 rosewood points on the shaft starting at the ferrule. Any help would be great.

Maybe a old palmer or paradise.But i am not forsure.Just has a few things that look like one of those cues.

It is almost definitely not a cue by a famous US cuemaker. I have never seen that joint on anything but lower end imports.
