Yeah, absolutely. I tuned into Turning Stone and there were three commentators talking over each other, interrupting each other, and babbling about stuff unrelated to the match going on in front of them.

Stephen Hendry was just commenting on Ronnie O'Sullivan... something along the lines of watch his attitude and focus and learn. Commentators can do the same. Chit chat doesn't add value to the product. They offered it for free but need to put their best foot forward to be able to benefit from the advertising.

Wow 2 lessons today. The second was so good, I can't remember the first. Both went to the decider(hill hill in pool).
I get a little chuckle thinking of the money invested into equipment, yet lessons bargain like this get overlooked. Tomorrow starts at 6 for me and the second at noon. Either match will be worth the admission.
Where I get my tournament poop.
 
robbo is hammering ronnie. all high breaks, good match. beating ronnie at the masters is just about the toughest ask for any player. oops he missed, score is 5-4. ronnie has a chance and the crowd is behind him, including keith richards. or one of the rolling stones
 
The skills they put on display where awesome. Looking forward to Williams and Higgins. Should be another good show.

old boys match on now. between them higgins has won 36 (57.14%) matches vs Williams: 23 (36.51%). some are marked as draw. these two also played one of the best world championship finals ever, in 2018.
 
Half the game is 80% mental. So the commentary is definitely 80% of the value.
I so enjoy the identification with the comments and have them echo my thoughts. (However that is uh rare 😉).
Quite an enjoyable show this morning.
Plus the Doctorate level lessons.

I considered straight pool practice as practice for 8 ball. The snooker masters narrating while the Masters are performing is worth more in mho than watching the paint by the numbers.
The strategy discussion is of tremendous value.

I noticed on a couple of Robertson's power shots, there was a short follow through. Worth a study.🤷
