its worth about 25 bucks........but i'll give you a 100 for it......... :D

seriously though, with that much ivory, and was that some scrimshaw work?

i'd have to say that that cue is at least 5000, but probably upwards of about 7000. since tony isn't taking any orders for a couple years, his prices have sky rocketed.

i've seen plain 4 point cues, no inlay, no veneers, no nothing, just 4 points sell in the 1500 range used.

thanks

I think you can sell those to me $500 each ! :p

My friend has a basic BB cue with the old logo and she's been told it's worth over $1000 nowadays. I guess your cues are over $2k or even $3k. I've also heard that Tony from BB cues is not taking orders for the next 2-3 years so BB cues might be on high demand.

thats way way low..........if you put that cue up anywhere for 2-3k, you wouldn't have it more than 5 min before someone bought it.

black boars are in huge demand right now.

i could have looked at the pics wrong(only glanced) but it seemed to be quite a bit of ivory work in the cue.

anything white(including buttcap) is ivory + scrimshaw work + silver inlays.
the darker also has pink ivory, the other one snakewood inlays.
so, can i say that 4000+ is a realistic price for every cue?

Price

Id say at least 2500 (this is nicer than one I saw someone trying to get $10K for at the Expo this year) considering you cannot get a blackboar because he is on personal hire for I think another 5-10 years--its worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

Yep, my friend has one of those, with the old boarhead logo. She's been told it's worth well over $1k...
