High rails

Your installer needs to learn his job, and the tables he works on! Brunswick "DON"T" use K66 cushions...period!

He brought one of my rails back and we measured the intercontinental no. 66 up against them. the height should be good. However the bottom of the rubber will be hanging off the wood of the rail. When it is flush with the top quite a bit hangs off the bottom. That happened with the K66, too but with the intercontinental no. 66, it hangs off more.

do you think the rails have been modified?

I wouldnt be too concerned about it hanging off the bottom as long as the nose of the cushion is where it is supposed to be. If the k66 hung off the bottom then of course the larger base of the k55 would hang more. That is normally not the case, but I have seen it before. They are usally flush but the underside of the rail is out of play and it shouldn't be a problem.
