High School Program: Looking for replacement rails.

My associates and I are organizing a high school association in the houston area, website with more info is forthcoming. Of the three tables we have to work on 2 have the deadest most rock hard rails I have ever seen.

I was wandering if anyone could donate rail rubber for 2 8x4 Leisure Bay tables. Any donation would be a huge improvement from what is currently on the table. I just don't feel right about putting new 860 hr over rock hard rails.
