I have a used Chris Hightower's cue building "bible" for sale. I believe it is the 2nd edition - the cover page is missing (was missing when I got it) but otherwise it is in great condition.
It has the same number of pages as the newest 3rd edition and all chapters begin on the same page number, so I'm not sure what the differences are, but obviously they are small. The reason I believe it is the 2nd edition is that on the very last page he talks about the next machines he expects to get being CNC's. The newest book talks about how he now has those CNC machines.
