This is an older hightower lathe with some upgrades/modifications. This is not my lathe. It belongs to David Rowell. I am doing the listing for him to help him out. Please contact David at 205-492-1339 to discuss details/specs etc...

His asking price is $1,500

This lathe is the Full Size Cue Smith with Large Bore Headstock. You can run the butt through the head on this one. I built these for several months in 1995 while waiting for my first 50 Deluxe double chuck headstocks to be finished. This one is set up for doing repairs.

I am the owner. Someone else posted this for me.

The cue lathe has 70" bed, it has all the collets that came with it and it has the larger headstock for doing butt repair. It also has a wrapping motor for doing wraps with foot pedal and 3 lathe pins 5/16-14, 5/16-18 and 3/8-10.

Please give me a call if you want any more information 205-492-1339.

I just noticed this was one of the few machines I ever built that had two rows of indexing holes. It will cut five points also, which is rare. If you have an inlay attachment you could do rows of five inlays as well as the 2,3,4,6,8 and 12. The bed looks like it is one of the 70" bed instead of five feet from the picture.
