I have known Chris for many years and never heard one bad word about him.
He will help anyone with any cue making problem ... if he can.
He makes a good product and supports it 100%.
Check out his book on cue making ... its what every new cue maker should have regardless of who you bought equipment from.

There are some "Saints" in the cue making industry and Chris Hightower is definitely one of them.
