Hillbilly Website Video Problems?

Good afternoon all.

Last night at 1am I decided to take a lesson from Hillbilly through his video series. Made the payment through Paypal and received the receipt email from paypal saying the transaction was complete. Directions from Hillbilly's site said I would also receive a second email with the password for the video. I still havent received that second email.

I sent off an email through his contact info last night and haven't received a reply yet. I'm not worried about the money. I just want to watch the lesson dangit!

Anyway, has anyone else had this happen to them recently (as in a pattern of not getting to view the video when it was paid for?) I hate that I had the whole weekend for watching his videos and now am unable to watch any (probably till after the first of the week.) Kinda takes away my motivation having to "cram" them in somewhere within the 48 hour rental period.

You sent the email on a Saturday night. I dont' think enough time has elapsed to assume he isn't being responsive. I would wait before posting a thread on the forum. Usually posting a thread represents the nuclear option. Charlie will make this right for you. Just be patient.

i will give Hillbilly and his wife a call. She will make it right.
 
Getting the problem fixed

This is the first time we are having this problem. The issue is with the link between PayPal and our video handling platform. I am working on it right now and should have it straightened out shortly.

Roy, I sent you an email in response and will make sure to compensate you for your troubles.

I appreciate the responses all.

Do not feel I was starting a storm of any kind. I was just wondering if others had a similar experience. Heather has contacted me through e-mail and has squared me completely away. Special Kudos to Joe for letting them know I was having a problem. =)
