Player Info – Railyard Billiards Event
For everyone planning to attend our upcoming event at Railyard Billiards, please take a moment to read this important update regarding green fees and facility access:

Tournament Green Fees
Your green fees cover table time only while you are actively in the tournament.

Unlimited Play Bracelet – $40
Railyard is offering an optional $40 unlimited play pass. This includes:
• Full access to tables outside of your matches
• Ability to stay and play after normal closing hours (2 AM)

Bracelet Pickup
• Bracelets will be available for registered players at our Friday Night Tournament
• Your bracelet will be valid for both Friday and Saturday

After Hours Policy
• Players with a bracelet may remain and continue playing after 2 AM
• Players without a bracelet will be asked to leave at closing time
• If you are still actively competing, this does NOT apply to you

2-Day Event Note (If Over 64 Players)
If the event reaches 64+ players and becomes a 2-day event, you will need to purchase a separate $40 bracelet for each day you want unlimited access

This is a standard policy for all major events at Railyard Billiards, so please plan accordingly.
