Just received this Brunswick conversion cue from Schrager's I had this cue made as a tribute to an old friend of mine. I hope the pictures come out OK, I'll post better pictures when I get some. The cue is 19 oz., 58", Ivory joint, Buck Horn Feurrels, Green and white Cortland style wrap.

I heard Schrager had retired from cuemaking though - even sold his equipment because he had been in the hospital. Did you get it from him? How is he doing?
 
I've heard that Bert’s shop is for sale, however, I've been working with Bert’s wife Pat and Doug Ketchum, Doug has been wonderful to work with and does tremendous work! I just received the conversion cue and a sneaky last week, I'm not sure how many more cues will be coming out of Bert’s shop. It'll be a big loss to the pool community when the shop shuts down.

Pat says Bert is doing well and is getting stronger every day and still spends time in the shop.

I wish Bert, Pat and Doug all the best, and am proud to own several "By Schrager"'s and think they are truly part of pool's wonderful history!
