House Pro Challenge!!!

Since I don't actively play pool anymore, I was thinking of ways to promote or host pool tournaments. I was thinking about a House Pro Challenge. Limited to 64 players and held every other month at different locations. You must be the House Pro at a Pool Room to play. The entry would be $2000 and the game would be 10 ball. Each poolroom would add $500 in added money, which would total $32,000 in added money. Any ideas?

How can you enforce the "you must be a house pro" rule? Or did you mean have one player representative from all the pool halls?

When I say House Pro I mean the best player in any poolroom. Yes, poolrooms can sponsors more than one player.
