I've taken a handful of lessons from Zion Zivi whenever I'm In NY which sadly is only two or three times a year now.

I'm looking for a similar level Pro or instructor in the Houston area.

Not interested in Austin or Dallas folks which I know are legion. Im too far to drive for what I want to make a frequent practice.

I've only been around Gomez at a couple of events but he comes across as a really cool cat. I'd think lessons from him would be pretty good.

he spaces them out in increments of 1hr each sessions generally
and you let him know when your ready for the next
but hes very accommodating
its not like you have to cram a full day of practice in and run the time out at once

i took a year with my 8hr session, upped my game alot
he builds you from the floor up

In Las Vegas this year he spent some time at the booth with a billiard table set up. He was very enthusiastic about it and giving advice on shots. I enjoyed that. Did you stick with pool or did you venture into caroms? I don’t know how good he is strictly as a 3C player but he clearly knows what the cue ball is doing and has the accuracy and stroke to play anything well.

I have seen him play 3 cushion and he definitely knows what he is doing. He loves all games.
