I ordered a predator shaft for one of my cues and I needed an "accu-loc" joint and specified it but they put in a "uni-loc" joint - but they fixed it promptly no hassles and was satisfied with work.

Just purchased a Meucci Raze 4 from them a few weeks ago. Free tip upgrade and changed my shaft from a black dot shaft to a 12.75 Meucci standard shaft at no extra charge. Received the cue in less than two weeks...the cue and the transaction was flawless. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.

This was about ten years ago, I called left messages, emails...zero response.
I did end up ordering from them. I asked about them finishing over the thread. They just did it w out response to me.
They also screwed up my order but it was in my favor.
That being said, I still may order another cue from them.
