How big a challenge to add ball return to a drop pocket table?

Wondering if the "juice is worth the squeeze" to add ball return to my 8' Olhausen. Has anyone tried this? If so, are there kits available?
 
Much easier to do if your table was available in drop pocket and ball return configuration originally. If you have a furniture style table, it's most likely not doable due in part to how thin the rails are. When there's a will, there's a way but what are you chasing?
 
I did it for $12 back in the early 1990s to a different mfg table, American Heritage, with a short skirt.
Took about an hour for the returns, 1 hr for the tray.
The returns were dark brown and blended well with the dark wood.
