How difficult/expensive would this be as an inlay

There is this design I really like. Attached in vertical and horizontal orientations. Was thinking of getting a cue with this inlay vertical in the points and as ring or design horizontally in the forearm and butt. As an inlay it would probably be in white. How difficult and expensive would it be to do this inlay?

I guess it would depend on what size it needed to be for the inlay, whether vertical for inside a point, or horizontal as a divider for a segmented handle as an example.
