how do I put up pics?

hopefully tomorrow i'll be posting a little how to post for anybody interested. My question is how do I upload pictures and put them where i want to in the post? all I can figure out is how to upload them at the end of the post.

Upload your photos to an image hosting site (tinypic,imageshack,photobucket)..After you upload a photo it will give you different tags..Use the one with img tags

Post that into the thread and a picture will appear.
