How do I Work this site?????

Ok so... I was looking up a question about would it hurt to lower the diameter of a muecci black dot shaft from the 12 3/4 to 11 3/4 to increase the accuaracy and compare it to the Z2 shaft. And I ran into this web site, but for the life of me I can't figure it out. Is there somewhere you can post a question???? Or like maybe a chat room.
 
This site, forums.azbilliards.com, is for the most part a set of forums where one can post questions or comments or inane garbage (we have all three :) ). There is a specific "ask the cuemaker" forum where this question should likely be asked. The specific URL is :
