How do you adjust for tournaments?

One shot at a time - One game at a time - One match at a time.

It's simple, I usually drive all night (Thursday nights) to get to the event location on Friday then drink a ton on Friday night while playing cheap $50-$100 sets then go to bed and wake up early on Saturday. I then set-up the event, take registrations, do the player auction, set the chart, get play going for the players, do the payouts and then when it's time to play in the event I go 2 and out and do it all over again the next day.

Actually I do the best if I am at home and bored, then decide to just go out and play a tournament for a few games for something to do. Don't care if I win or loose. Just want to play a couple of games in the tournament.

Then I take 1st or get in the money.

I think this is actually lack of stress, being very relaxed, and nothing on my mind. All my business is taken care of and no worries. No pressure to win. I guess I am "just playing" and having fun!

tuck it up under my belt and hope my shirt doesn't lift up.
