How do you know when your opponent is on tilt

What are the tell tale signs of when your fish has lost all ability to negotiate a game rationally?

I say one way of knowing that his nose is open is when your opponent honestly thinks he is stealing from you and although he's stuck at the time he feels that you're just lucky and he'll eventually rob you . This guy may even offer more weight, thinking somehow that the spot will magically make him bear down harder and better still, make his luck turn around ...

When you can keep them in an electric chair for 5 or more games and then when they get a shot they can't run three balls it is time to stick a fork in im cause there done.--Leonard
