Who is this Al guy? His preshot routine makes Archer and Soquet look like a speed demon. Shoot, move chalk, look at hand, wipe hand, wipe cue, chalk, look at hand, wipe cue, shoot. Move chalk, look at hand, wipe table, wipe hand, chalk, wipe cue, look at hand, move cue, chalk, shoot.

Looks like he's reading a cheat note for a test. Hm.. I made the 6 now what? Or right! The 7! Good thing I wrote down the order on my palm.

Wow, I can't stand that stuff. I've fallen asleep in my chair more times than I can count both playing with and watching slow players. They need to make shot clocks part of the standardized rules. Any other game/sport where you take turns playing has some kind of time limit with penalties in place, whether it's chess or golf or whatever.

Al is a BCA Grandmaster. He has won the Texas Open before. All of that stuff is just tactics trying to throw opponents off of their game. He can play fast whenever he feels like it.
