Warming up: how long does it take you to feel comfortable at a table, where you feel your stroke is relatively "on"? How long before you are "in stroke"? (I realize these may be two different things but let's just assume "comfortable" roughly equates to "in stroke".)

I'm leaving room for "it depends" by allowing up to three choices.

5-10 minutes. I'm just trying to get my arm loose. I never know what it's going to look like until the first match is underway.
Sometimes you smoke everyone in practice, only to play like garbage once the tournament starts. Or visa versa.
So, just get loose and hope for the best is my strategy.

If you are current with your practice... Right away. Even when being in practice I like to take 1-5 warm up strokes. It doesn't usually take more then a couple strokes to get one that feels right, like everything clicked. 1 smooth stroke is enough dopamine to tell my brain I am ready for action.

I play at least 5 days a week. I really don’t need to hit any balls, I just toss a cue ball by hand off the long and short rails once, I’ll go from there.

Quality pool time is on the nada - (temporary cool jive)
That blurted, when faced with quality time, I become very methodical - attention span limited of course.
I will say, a steady 1 to 2 hrs on the table prior to play is everything.
