How long does it take you to set up at a tournament?

I was wondering how long does it take you guys to set up your equipment at tournaments to do repairs. Do you have everything set up in these rolling cabinets/workbench to just roll in, open the doors/tops, plug in equipment and start rolling or does it take some time to set up? I noticed that some of you guys have a good bit of stuff. Thanks.
 
It takes me about an hour unless I'm talking which is often. There are some things more important than setting up right away.

It used to take me an hour or more, as I travelled in a little Toyota motorhome, and had to break everything down individually to take it in and out. Then I had an "Anvil" shipping case made to ship it around, and that would take about half an hour. Then I bought a bigger motorhome, and a 5 x 8 Wells Cargo travel trailer for hauling the equipment. I then purchased a used ambulance gurney that collapses and plugs into a secure lockdown mounted in the trailer. After having an oak cabinet with a glass front, mounted to the gurney, I set about mounting everything. The cabinet has two irish linen storage compartments that open up for display. The lathe, juices, glues, polishes, all live on a shelf inside the lathe compartment on a shelf. There is also lots of tooling that lives inside there too. There is a collapsible lighting system that is built out of oak as well and has a backlit "Custom Cue Repair" sign built into the lighting system. On top of the light is a computerized Beta-Brite sign. I also have a rolling oak toobox and a red metal 10 drawer toolbox that sits on top of that. The gurney has velcro straps on it that secure my banner around the gurney. This thing travels and nothing moves, or is out of place upon arrival at my destination. It can go into the elevator and stand straight up and down, and nothing moves!
At this point, it takes about 10 minutes to get it out of the trailer, get it in and set up for business!

It takes me about two minutes. I roll up to, 4 booths in the show, plug in and Iam kickin ass.After 32 years, I got it down pretty good.Open the booths and customers are in line, waiting for there turn.Two booths are for repair, [ican reduce to only one if need be] .The second one, is for repairs, or an office, or a holding table for cues that need to be repaired or have been repaired. The other two are for displaying my cues. Each of these holds 22 cues. Lots of room for spare whatevers, in the lower part of all four booths.
