How long is acceptable?

Hello sir

I have a cue shipped out to me this Monday, with tracking and insurance, when tracked online it said delivery on Wednesday, and also when I check it says it's still in the same state the package has been sent from. I do know this package was sent in a round tube, which for some reason the USPS always seems to have a problem when shipping. Package still not delivered and no update on the website. The seller is very trusted. And I'm sure my cue will be to me by tomorrow. But too add the seller and I have spoken about this and he gave me all the information I needed and a picture, as I also did the same. Great communication. Your seller should reach out to you. And should have given you all of this information, unless he didn't ship. And if he hasn't he needs a good reason or refund your money. Just my 2 cents........ Dom
 
If the good OLE USPS branch forgets to scan it, you'll never get updates.

I have a friend that has sent me two cues now by USPS PRIORITY 2-3 day and BOTH of them took 10 days with ZERO updates.
 
Na i dont think so. Just chill for now. You can always hunt this individual out and kill then later on. :eek::grin:

Does the sellers itrader mention anything about bad communication? If it doesnt now you can rectify that, so noone else is surprised and we can make informative decisions on dealing with someone we have no other knowledge. That is what itrader is for.
 
It seems as though I may be in the same boat for the first time since I began buying and selling a few cues on AZB. I paypaled the money on the 21st a little before 3am and haven't heard a peep out of the seller since. His profile shows that he has visited the site a few times between then and now. In this case, I don't want to do a charge back through paypal, I just want the cue.
 
For some reason only the gods know whenever someone on az buys a cue they become cheap bastards and 99% of the time ship there items using usps knowing all the horror story's on this site....STOP making the same mistake and pay double so you can feel safe and secure and know exactly where your cue is every second and use fedex and ups!:D

I have had more problems with fed-ex and ups than usps
