How much do you hate losing?

"Show me a good loser, and I'll show you a loser." Was that the line?

Better not to ever think about losing, or winning, during the game, I think. Hell, I won't even say to myself, if I'm way behind, "At least I'll go down fighting." Like, what's that "go down" crap?

And I know this thread is about how you feel after the game, but I believe more matches are lost than won ... in other words, at some point, somebody decides they've lost, or way worse, that they ARE A LOSER. Then it IS over before it's over.

Me, I'm like most people here ... I'm pissed if I dogged it or if I got lazy. I remember it for a long time, but I try to learn from it, not worry about whether it will happen again.

I hate losing any amount... even 1 dollar, that's how much!

I don't like to lose when I am practicing, but when I lose money... I see RED! That is the worst feeling I have ever had... pulling money out of my pocket to put it in another guys hand... I would rather impale myself on my stick than to do that ever again....

I feel like I've let myself down after I lose. I am always very respectful and gracious in defeat, and I usually sit and sulk for a good 20-30 minutes replaying the shots I screwed up on in my head. As soon as my mood lifts I get up and start practicing those shots over and over.

On rare occasions I have played so badly that I contemplated quitting the game, but I only get those thoughts when I am at the height of my frustration after losing. If my hand-eye coordination and my eyesight ever betray me, then I will quit the game, but I will never quit because some schmuck lucked in the 9ball a few times.

LOL:D

That's about as honest as it gets.

I've had my cue cocked under my knee once...ready to snap.Glad I didn't because a ten dollar loss is much cheaper than an $800 loss.

After a loss I've went home and said "Fu_ _ the diet" and stuffed myself with a container of Hagen Doss ice cream.
