Has anyone had an issue with How tips separating in between 2 layers when trimming one down? I was trimming down a How medium tip on my lathe, not a lot at a time, and the tip separated about 3/4 of the way down between 2 of the layers. I am curious if this happens a lot or is a one-off.

No trouble with the mediums here yet.

Not had any issues yet. Maybe you had a dull blade or insert?

In another thread about tips coming off, we were talking about the glue supplies being old and possibly not so good, due to the shutdowns.

Perhaps there is still a lot of old, bad glue out there being used?

I've been playing with How medium for a long time now, and have installed a bunch on other cues. Zero issues so far.
