1. www.poolactiontv.com
2. click the store tab
3. find event you would like to watch (ie Emeralds) and add to cart.
4. purchase using credit card OR Paypal
5. go to order status and download the password file
6. enter password in password box in center of screen.

ive purchased lots of PPVs with no trouble but i couldnt figure out how to even TRY to purchase yours last night. It wasnt THAT inviting to me that I would keep banging my head so I watched TV instead.

PS-Dont you have to 'create an account' first? I did get that far.

There are guys way less computer literate than me so i think you have a problem. Easier process-better instruction-Instruction available on more pages-something!

One of the first rules in sales is "Make it easy to buy"

It shouldn't be necessary to post here for instructions on buying anything from said website.

All in all the website is a bit conflicting. It should be easy, informative and user friendly. Want to purchase? What? How much? Who is matched up? What are the scheduled start times? I didn't purchase because of the questions above. If the website designer thinks differently, thats fine, but losing business because of a design issue is sad.

Notice there is no mention of whether or not the stream is of good quality? Can't tell if you don't purchase because of a poorly designed website.

There are just so many sites that could be used as examples for good, easy to navigated and easy to purchase product with little on no assistance.

I am going to work on some of the issues mentioned right away.
