How to remove rail counters????

How do you remove and disassemble the rail counters on a GC III? Im assuming they pop out from the top but from looking at the underside of them I cant figure out how the plastic roller comes. Need to take them apart to powder coat them but dont want to force anything and break it.

It comes out in one piece. When you drive out the pin it should be tapered slightly or have a grooved end that will be the large side mark it or it gets harder to put back together. Draw out a picture of all the parts washers and the order they go. First one is scary the rest are easy to work on.
