I just finished watching this instructional DVD (by Jerry Briesath) and I have to say it was worth every penny. His instructions are clear, the camera angles are perfect, and he moves naturally through stance and aiming and bridges and stroke and aiming, deflection, throw, position (lots about position), leaving pretty much nothing unanswered.
For anyone who has never been trained in the basics by an instructor, this is an excellent opportunity to learn a thing or two you might not have known before.
