How to split Amateur/Open

On the chart using a sharpie, so it will stand out. For the initial draw, group the ranked players as closely as possible. Meaning Pro/Open, A/B, B/C, C/D, so it will be easier to break out if you need to create more brackets, and watch for anomalies.
Around here unfortunately, most of the amateur players are in APA, and most of the people playing in the Open, won't have any real tournaments or titles won, they will just be "known players" that have won multiple local tournaments around the area, or have been known to travel to other states to play much larger tournaments with the occasional win. So we have no real way, at least on paper, to determine who to put where.
