How to Tighten Bridge Head?

Before I go Frankenstein something, is there an easy way to make bridgeheads fit on the bridgesticks? The hole is a bit too big for the bridgestick.

I was thinking of just wrapping a little leather strip around the tip and sliding the bridge on, but wondering if there are cleaner solutions. TIA!

You could use a threaded insert and find a knurled bolt to match it so you can easily disassemble by hand.

I also use electrical tape to get the perfect diameter to fit the bridge head onto.
