How would you recondition an Instroke case?

I wound up with an older Instroke Buffalo case. The thing is pretty scarred up. And the leather looks dried out.

What would be the best way of bringing the thing back to life? I know I can't fix the scratches and what not. But I'd like the leather to look nicer, if possible.

One approach would be to clean it with Lexol Leather Cleaner and then treat it with Lexol Leather Conditioner. If you do this, the leather probably will end up a bit darker than when you started, but it will feel nice and look nice.

For what it's worth, that's what Ford recommends for the leather seats in my Mustang.

You can probably work a lot of the scratches out if it the version that used oil tan leather.
