how's the pool scene in china?

With however many billion people in China, I think its great that the Chinese are getting more involved in pool. They're very competitve as can be seen in gymnastics, swimming, etc. They might even have a lot more females into pool than the U.S.

From the youtube clips, it seems like they get a good audience, nice setting and camera work as well.

One of my friends said a guy he knows owns several pool halls in China and is doing extremely well. Pool is certainly in a boom in some parts over there.
