Greetings to all az members from Athens-Greece,
As you may have noticed, I'm honored to be leading our new union here, HPBU (Hellenic Pocket Billiard Union).
We established the union earlier this year, and have managed so far to be represented by some of our finest players in European Championships like Alexander Kazakis (European 10ball champion 2015) and Nick Ekonomopoulos (Twice Mosconi cup winner, 3rd in US Open 9ball 2014, currently #8 in WPA rankings).
We have also managed to run our first team championship qualifiers, and currently we are working hard organizing our first finals (team and singles) around mid November.
We are in need of any kind of support that can be provided from the Pool World, and we are seeking such collaboration-sponsorship in the Pool industry.
Generally we are looking for relative materials (cloth, balls etc), not excluding financial contributions if possible.
HPBU is a non-profit union, based exclusively on voluntary work by the board, established to promote Pool in all aspects.
For further information you may visit our official web site, www.hpbu.gr
Please feel free to contact us in case of interest.
Thank you all in advance for your time.
Petros Andrikopoulos
President HPBU
