PM sent. As team captain, tonight I received a complaint from one of my teammates. I found sufficient online information, for me to suspect a history of underhandicap. I'm documentating, so I can bring to the attention of my league operator so he may make the necessary correction to ensure a fair handicap for the other teams that have not yet played.
