I can tell you from experience that you probably can't get that out, with any method without damaging the cue. Paul glued them in TIGHT.

I'm aware of that, that's why I said "any method." Maybe on the unwrapped sneaky you can pull it off, but most of the time you'll damage the cue even with the heat. The glue he used was some tough stuff.
