Can someone ID this stick for me and tell me how much its worth?

If you mean what year, probably the '80s. In mint condition, $200 in my opinion. Hueblers were always pretty nice cues.

what you have is known as H-S Paul started building them in June of 1986
and buitl them up intil the 90s or if a customer ordered one

I would say the $200 assessment on the cue with 2 shafts is pretty accurate assuming the cue's in good shape and it looks like it is. If that case is an original Huebler box case, you might look to get $300-350 for the whole package if it's all in great condition.
