45-50% ....
I live in Mass. and even though I run a dehumidifier non-stop thru the summer it still goes to about 70% in my basement where I store most of my stash, then in the winter down to about 10-20%. I let my wood sit for at least a year before even cutting it round in the hope that it will have stabilized in that time. Doesn't always work that way, but most of the time it does. A lot has to do with your local enviroment, but also, where will you sell your cues? local or distant? If you setup for 50% in a controlled room, but your local, REAL humidity, is higher or lower by a significant amount, then your product may change to adjust and cause problems. Just my .2 cents
