I am currently in the market for a Ginacue

I am currently looking to buy a Ginacue in the $4000-$6000 range. Let me know if anything is available.

Thanks, Jimmy

Congratulations

At least you are being reasonable in your price range. Most pool players want one for $1500 and then complain about it. Good luck with the Ginacue. He's one of the best.

Thanks, I have one now and am craving another. Keep your eyes open for me.

My friend is selling one on Ebay, its a stone cold killer. I have hit a couple of balls with it and it plays as good as it looks;

Yes, Spoke to Nelson, today. He is selling the cue for someone else. Someone who has lost his mind! He is asking way, way, way too much for the cue. This cue is worth in the neighborhood of $4800. His bottom dollar is $6500. He will hold onto this cue for a long, long time at this price. I don't mind paying premium market value for a cue of this caliber. But I am not paying two prices.

i think mark at classic cues has one he is going to put on his website that is just what you are looking for. i have seen it and it is gorgeous. i'll call him tonite and see if it's still available.

I didn't mean anything toward you and I do appreciate you letting me know if you come across any other cues.

Thanks, Jimmy

jimmy, i talked to mark, the cue is still available. if i had the cash, i would own it myself. i'll try and describe it. it's an ebony forearm with 8 snakewood points (pretty sure, might be 6) with the little cloverleafs on the tip of each point. the butt has reverse snakewood point with some ivory inlays and rainbow arches in between and in ivory joint and a leather wrap. it's very slightly used with two shafts. $5300. let me know if your interested and i'll have him get in touch with you.

If you get the chance, look at the Ginacue I currently own and play with. It is under the "cue gallery" section of the forum and sounds similar to the cue you are describing that Mark is going to sell. It is currently on page two about half way down the page. It is an absolutely gorgeous ebony, snakewood, silver and ivory cue.

Here's one in mint unchalked condition, it's the top one with the Pink ivory forearm. Please send a fair offer. The bottom purpleheart cue stays in the collection. Both are kept in a controlled environment room.

I honestly have no idea what this particular cue is worth. I will look into it and try and come up with a fair offer.

Thanks, Jimmy
