I am in need of a Universal bumper or maybe rubber cover for a broken butt plate.

I have this Nova cue, that has a really badly damaged rubber bumper, and I really do not have the money to get it repaired, plus it is my only playing cue, so I am curious if there is anything that is available to buy that would attach onto it, like done sort of a Universal rubber bumper, for example?

I know this might be a long shot question, but thought I woukd give it a try.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Call that a bumper?
Try Muellers and Seybert’s.

those white rubber bumpers that fit on the bottom of chairs from home depot. you can cut them shorter if you want.

most of my cues dont even have a bumper on the bottom.
or one of those table slider things at h.d. that stick on. take your cue with you and find something that works there.

good luck. hope you get back on your feet soon.

Crutch/chair tips are too small. You would need 1.25 inch or bigger.Maybe a pvc pipe end cap. Or like someone said Amazon has a sleeve that will slide over the butt that also has a rubber bottom. the ones I saw were 4 for under 10 bucks

Hi, do they still make them? Who makes them? Thanks.
They were made by an archer company in the 90's. A few people liked them but most didn't.
Basically just another pool gimmick to make a few bucks. It's been a long time but I seem to recall a couple different styles, one of them slipped over the butt. They haven't been available in decades and probably for a good reason.

I actually had one, on an old 70's era Adam cue. I thought it looked really cool.

It was on the cue, when I purchased it used, off of ebay, so I did not know how it was installed, or much if anything, though I do remember them from back in the 90's.
