I bought a Falcon T-N-T jump break and the shaft warpes so I sent it back to Falcon. They just E-Mailed me back to tell me that the cue was a prototype that was never supposed to be sold to the public. SO now I get a regular production cue back in return. I guess it might have been worth something someday. CRAP.
 
But you didn't send it in yet did you? Just keep it and it might be worth something even if it's warped.
 
I do not see how they can just keep your cue, regardless. I guess if you are happy with the new cue, there is no problem, but to just keep it, without any options to you........
