Got it. There is a nice seafood place that has great crabcakes right in the same area as the poolhall. How are you getting around up here? I got a Frey you can shoot with while up here.

SWEET!! I will be flying in Wednesday morning. Because I hate flying so much, I might be sleeping off the booze for most of that day. But hey, who knows.

Thanks for the compliments on my work !

Eddie has come a long way and he has years of experience. Wait until he gets used to his new CNC machine. That thing is unreal!!

The Wood in question is "select quilted maple", it's beauty is simply stunning, I bought a few pieces from my good friend Pete Ohman "Omen Cues" and replaced everything on Ryan's "Rat Cues" cue, except for the handle, the forearm was snapped just below the joint, so I had a good handle to work with, so I basically cut it in half and reattached the new forearm and buttsleeve and rings, then made several passes lengthwise to true up the O.D. and then cut a new wrap groove and finished it up.

I thoroughly enjoyed rebuilding the cue "Ryans work is quite impressive as well, I like the solid construction of his decorative rings and tight tenon joints !" so it makes alot easier to work on a stable well-built cue !

I must admit I sat and stared in absolute awe at this cue for several minutes when I finished spraying it, " the depth is just incredible !" it is one of the most beautiful pieces of wood I have ever worked with and I'm quite envious of John's cue !

I appreciate the compliments on my work and as alot of you know, I custom fit cues, I balance them from the center of the wrap to the tip, as well as build them EXACTLY the way YOU want which includes any diameter and length you prefer !

Please feel free to contact me at anytime regarding repair or cuemaking questions you may have !

Thanks ! Eddie Wheat "WheatCues" Cocoa, Fl. 321-631-1827
