I have purchased a meuccu that I believe is aan HOF-4

Howdy
I have purchased a meuccu that I believe is an HOF-4 and this puppy was "used hard and put up wet" and I want to have it restored any help amongst you folks?suggestions? the reason I purchased this cue is that I could not stand for it's misuse any longer
