When we take a short break from pool something unhappens that happened naturally from
Just happened to me. I was sick for almost 2 weeks, too sick to even go in the basement and play pool. I just started up Thursday nite again and last nite I am starting to get comfortable again. It looks like its about 5-6 hours playing time for me to get back to feeling natural/comfortable. It is the longest break I have taken since I started playing about 2 1/2 years ago.
When we first start playing pool we are starting from scratch. The arms, hands, body, eyes, cue and everything else needs to work together.
The toughest part of this whole puzzle is the eyes. If the correct picture is not going to the brain the other stuff can not get done so good.
From repetition the eyes will get in a pretty good position for all this to happen. But all players are stuck with how they naturally see the shot. Some better and some worse.
The brain can be helped immensely by you knowing how to position the eyes in the most dominant position. Doing this and learning this can be fairly simple but hardly anyone teaches it.
This is something that nobody has ever figured out to the fullest extent. not even close!
Can you imagine just pointing a gun from the hip or chest and expecting to hit a target at 200 feet. Allot easier if you know where the sight is and how to use it.
This is what you are doing with a pool stick players.
This is what I teach with Perfect aim and it works for everyone. The only ones that it doesn't work for are the ones that don't believe it and give up and don't even try or know it alls.
I'm going to make this offer to the 2 of you to call me for the Free phone lesson.
In 15 minutes on the phone and by a pool table I will show you and help you see how this works with your own eyes. Not only will you see it but nobody after this will ever tell you that the dominant eye doesn't matter. You will know for yourself that Perfect Aim is the real deal.
It's the whole thing. The eyes even tell you where to stand and where the stroke needs to be. The eyes take care of the rough adjustment and then all that's left is the fine tuning.
And sure, you can get better by hitting a million balls. Play pool 8 hours a day, quit your job, sell the cars, get a divorce, sell the house and be broke. That's what it might take to get to this hill we call in dead stroke.
Now your a pool player and broke but you can make that ball in the hole.
Getting these eyes in the correct position just speeds up the aiming skills greatly and it's just one thing that the brain doesn't have to try and do naturally.
Keep the car, house and the bank account and just learn how to aim. Learn Perfect Aim.
There is only one way once you figure it out. We like to think we are all unique but we are all so much the same.
But what a mess it is when we have millions of people trying to invent the wheel on there own when there is already a wheel that works so good.
Give me a call guys and be by a pool table and I will help you see the most important aspect of the game you will ever learn.
