I just want to tell everyone about the shady business practices of 1 AZ member

Forgot to add that recently I traded a cue with an az member (you can check my itrader) with a higher itrader than mine, and although I consider my reputation as significant as his ( I too have itrader from the most respected az members, in one case as a seller too) we agreed that I ship first and the deal went smoothly.

Can you file with paypal concerning the fact that the item is not as described or something?

Unless Paypal has recently changed if you file a "non receipt" claim with Paypal you can't go back and later file a complaint for "item not as described". I learned this lesson the hard way.

haha alex your the one that got me banned. oh well its done with now. thanks guys. and i would have sent the cue to him first if he asked because he did have decent itrader. i have done close to ten deals, most cash some trade and noone has left any itrader for me.

In order to avoid misundestandings a good method to follow would be:
B/w 2 guys having a deal here , the guy with the lower and/or less significant itrader (got reputation but not from the most respected az members) will have to complete his part of the deal first, whatever it is- payment or delivery of a product. Dale could receive a small commision to refferee a case b/w 2 members upon disagreement (if he wants, just an idea).
I received a pm from a member with no itrader about my rc3.
The only acceptable method of payment in this case is western union.
I also received a trade offer from another for my Hill, with a lower itrader than me. He has to deliver the cue first if we proceed. That simple.
I remember another case a few months ago when another member with much lower and less significant itrader than mine (not coming from most respected az members like mine) refused to ship first on a trade deal. Well.. I simply refused the deal at all..

I doubt that I have any i-trader, but have sold many highend cues(3-6k)
and there is NO WAY anybody in their right mind would do business like this. As they say YOU SIR ARE OUT OF LINE!!!!
