Actually ....
I would like to have a Murnak or Justis case or both, but everyone I know that has a bigger than 2 x 4 LEATHER case complains about how heavy they are, and a 2 x 4 won't due for me.
I am pretty happy with the Action Elite ELN 3 x 5 case I got though. It has many convenient features I appreciate, such as seperate jump butt pocket, wide padded shoulder strap, industrial rubber handle, seperate sections for butts and shafts (I like this even better after using it), spring loaded butt section, tubes for both butts and shafts - either way, room for joint protectors, and room for 31" cue if desired.
The only thing I would do different on it is: I would make the small pocket 1 inch taller (so pens can stand up in lieu of going in caddy corner), might make the little pocket 2 sections just like my soft Crystal Leisure Wizard case (front flat section is good for small notepad, business cards,
or pieces of sandpaper), and I might add a little velcro pocket for 2-3 pieces of chalk.
Plus, it is good for everyday use (leagues, etc.), and nice enough for big tournaments. I keep a watchful eye on my equipment, but you don't have to worry about it like a real expensive case. I had a special patch made for it with 'Snapshot' on it, and super glued it to the front bottom of my little pocket, which helps me spot it when I am across the room from it.
I was and am still being pleasantly surprised of the convenience and quality of this case, especially considering I only paid 79.20 for it at Pool dawg website, and included free shipping (in Colorado). Pool dawg is a pleasure to do business with, ordered over the net on Thursday at noon, and received case following Monday.
One thing I really appreciate is that this does not feel heavy to me when carrying for a 3 x 5, and the extra wide padded shoulder strap is part of that reason. I carried a fully loaded Porper 4 x 8
around Vegas for 10 days once, and my shoulder got so sore I could barely shoot.
