I need help from any AZer's near 4121 Hixon Pike Chatanooga Tenn, anyone near this address please respond I need a working phone number for a Ebay auction site called Esell Auctions at the above location about a 1/2 mile from the poolroom Diamond Billiard Club on Hixon Pike. This Esell auction denied receiving a postal money order for a wood lathe and made me drive 11 hours round trip from Charlotte NC to pay cash, I cancelled the money order and was refunded the $177.00 and nine months later I recieve a letter from The Treasury Dept saying that Esell deposited the money order so I owe the Feds $226.46 including fees. Even if you cancel a postal money order thats lost and it gets cashed it is your responsibility to collect the money not the Feds, and this sucks since it was fraud in my mind and I have to pay the money to the Treasury Dept. no matter what.
