wish ones will be the closes to gandy or diamond.thanks.
Artemis intercontinental No. 66 is the rail you want for your Medalist... I don't know why you want to know about the rubber Gandy used. I have seen many different cushions on there tables. None of which I would call "high speed".

i do not know how old the tables u have seen but the gandys where i play are like 40 years old,now i have seen tables that people are seling including a very good frind of mine and trust me the rebound is amazing i love to play on this tables .just like the diamond there tight pockets and rebound of the rails are fabulous .the only reason i dont have one is because i bought a brunswick medalist near pefect conditions and im pretty happy with the exception of the rails olso id like to add the adjustable legs. any suggestions with the legs will be app, also. thanks joey

i have very good cloth simonis 760.

Yep - very good speed with the 760
Call Diamond Billiards for the Artemis cushions since they would have them in stock.
IMO putting leg adjusters on that table is not recommended due to the leg taper but if you just have to
do it there are many sources to get the adjustable feet and female plates.

That was most likely Raybestos rubber originally from New Jersey.I haven't ever seen any get hard or wear out.
They no longer make rail rubber that I'm aware of, but I definately liked it much better than most of what's out there.
Very high concentration of rubber, especially when compared to the cheap rubber with all of their fillers used nowadays.
When we put some Artemis on one of our Gandy's a few months ago, we kept the rubber that came off of it, to show the difference.
Seems like there is someone on here that used to work for Gandy in the old days that could offer some more enlightenment.
